Amorgozo Villa

Dustin & Salle Beckwith live on a private lake called Lovejoy. We were married in Mexico and love traveling there. So we have named our home Amorgozo Villa, which means Lovejoy in Spanish.

Isn't that cute?

I probably said those words a hundred times in a few hours during my baby shower (I figured if I said it once, I had to keep it up so everyone would feel equal). Honestly, we received lots of great gifts and baby essentials and are very blessed to have friends and family to "shower" us with stuff ... and love. Posted by Picasa

It's a Baby Shower!

Sunday, September 24, was my baby shower. Two great friends hosted a wonderful party attended by family and friends. The decorations, games, and food were great and we had a lot of fun. Posted by Picasa

Lovejoy Lake

Bill asked for a view from our "front yard" so here it is. I'm not sure this photo does it any justice, but I have just taken one with the leaves changing colors, so I'll post that later. It is an incredibly peaceful location, as it is a "quiet" lake, with no public access. The best way to navigate this lake is by canoe! Posted by Picasa

The (other) Beckwith's

Dustin's dad Bill and his wife Karen on Bill's birthday, August 7, 2006. We enjoyed many pontoon rides to see the sunset with them this summer. This will remain as one of our favorite things to do in the wonderful, but short, summer season here in the Northwoods. Posted by Picasa

August Sunset on Round Lake

This is the typical sunset view that we enjoy most of the summer on Round Lake. Dustin's dad's house and the resort where I work are located on this lake, about 2 miles down the road from our house. Posted by Picasa

Just another belly shot

Not sure exactly what date this was, but sometime in mid July. Posted by Picasa

Salle Turns 33!

So I'm going backwards in time now (sorry Bill) but at least I'm posting pictures ... this was taken on July 19 at Angler's Haven, which is my favorite pizza place. Posted by Picasa

Packer Shutout

We traveled to Green Bay September 10 to see the Packers home opener. They lost to the Chicago Bears but it was still fun. It's a great stadium experience and we owe our friends the Burruss' for getting us tickets the last three years! (It helps that Pepper Burruss is the head athletic trainer for the Packers!) Posted by Picasa

End of 32 Weeks!
